Pickrell is a community with strong ties to serving its' agricultural base. Our Pickrell Lumber and Farmer Cooperative Grain Elevator and Chemical Distributor are the largest businesses in town.  We have Pickrell State Bank, Hausman Processing, Dale's Cabinet Shop, Pickrell Veterinary Clinic, four construction companies, a drywall company, two automotive repair shops, a trucking company, an insurance company, and a well drilling company in town.  We also have two restaurants on main street.
